Shipping Information
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping. All orders are trackable. Tracking information will be sent by email as soon as it is available.
Shipping times
Estimated shipping times exclude public holidays and exceptional customs delays.

Processing time
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Personalised products usually require around 4 business days before dispatch.
Tracking
After your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email with online tracking information.
Delayed delivery
In rare cases, packages may take longer than the estimated timeframe due to customs or carrier delays outside our control. If there are no tracking updates for more than 30 business days, contact us and we will help resolve it.
Order changes and cancellation
If you need to cancel or change an order, email info@leyaballerina.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after 2 hours because the order may already be in processing.
Incorrect or insufficient addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for packages returned or delayed because of refused delivery, unclaimed parcels, or incorrect or insufficient address details. If you spot an address mistake, email us immediately at info@leyaballerina.com.
Separate packages
Some orders may ship in separate packages to speed up processing and delivery.
Currency and transaction fees
Store prices may be displayed in your local currency, but checkout may be processed in USD. Your bank or card issuer may apply exchange-rate or foreign-transaction fees. These fees are set by your provider and are outside our control.
